5. Refund and Return Policy

We take pride in the quality of our Products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order for assistance. Replacements may be offered on a case-by-case basis, subject to the following conditions:

• If product is replaceable or an agreed upon replacement

Cancellation policy - once an order for a cutting is made it cannot be cancelled.  Tubers may possibly be an exception, please contact us.  Note there will be a restocking fee.
