1. Introduction
Welcome to Midnight Flora Farm! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website https://www.midnightflora.farm (the "Site") and any products, services, or content offered by Midnight Flora Farm (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Products and Services
We offer dahlia tubers and occasionally rooted cuttings
3. Ordering and Payment
To place an order, you may be required to provide certain information such as your name, contact details, delivery address, and payment information. By placing an order, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order.
4. Delivery
We strive to deliver all our products in a timely manner according to the delivery options chosen at checkout. However, delivery times may vary depending on factors such as location, weather conditions, and product availability. Midnight Flora Farm is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control. Shipping tubers and cuttings will be shipped according to order taken AND zones/weather safe areas first. Shipping for cuttings will be late April to mid May depending on weather and mother nature not being a jerk.
5. Refund and Return Policy
This is for the two of you thorough folks, all two of you, that will actually read this. We take great care in packaging well for shipment. If a sasquatch happens to sit on your shipped box, please email us with a photo and order number within 48 hours. Please also send a picture of said sasquatch, we love a good story! Tubers will be shipped in spring unless otherwise noted. It is normal for plants to have some yellowing or blackening of the leaves, especially if the leaves were in contact with plastic. The stems may curl oddly from the plant seeking light and it will straighten out - but we recommend you do not put your dahlias under grow lights or in direct sun for a few days until the leaves and stems are turgid (fancy word, I know, I'm impressed too). We also recommend that you "harden off" the cutting off before planting. Google it, this page is long enough. If you still have questions, please email me.
Also, if your postman is aware of your propensity to spend an inordinate amount of time shopping for dahlias and then the remaining 5% (just me?) of your time taking care of said dahlias... ***ahem*** You should really buy a tuber for your mailman. Or person. Or sasquatch. (My mailman is amazing!) Seriously though, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your tubers or cuttings for assistance.
Tubers - Occasionally the tubers will jump out of their approved living spaces and swap places to cause chaos and confusion. It happens. Please contact me and we will replace if it is early enough in the season and I have extra tubers to send. If it is too late in the season we will arrange either a replacement next season, refund or a tuber of higher unicorn status that is agreed upon by the buyer. We will not substitute varieties without an ok from the buyer.
Please do not go make a big stink online if your package or order isn't right. Give me a chance to fix it. If you are cranky and upset, we get it. Email please, if it is planting season we are busy so allow a few days. We reply to email M-F unless you message us with something hilariously funny or send cake. Sometimes we just need a couple days off.
We do not refund for disease. We cull and sanitize but stress, soil, climate can all make the tooobahs or cuttings stressed out. Someday we will figure out Dahlia xanax, until then feed them. Fertilizer is our friend.
Cancellation policy - once an order for a cutting is made it cannot be cancelled. Tubers may possibly be an exception, please contact us.
